Optimization module

Small tool-set that gives the ability to optimize geometry in various ways, in-engine!
The current options are:
Reduction - Reduce the amount of polygons on your object whilst retaining all other properties
Clipping - Remove polygons that are below a user defined plane
Occlusion removal (remove unseen) - Removes polygons that aren't seen by a user-defined set of camera points
